Back story
- On january 1 2011 president harling from Osea and prime minister Nikanor from Yuktobania and a confrence about the condition Belka put them in during the Circum-Pacific war they came up with the idea of creating a joint fighter squadron with countries affected by both Belkan conflict and the ullysses asteroid the countries invited in were: Osea, Yuktobaina, the ISAF nations, Sapin, and Ustio.
