The man known as Aleksandr Molotov is an enigma, to say the least.  Virtually nothing is known about him, except what he's speculated to look like based on Osean intelligence dating to the 1940s; it isn't even known if Aleksandr Molotov is his real name or a pseudonym, but based on files made available to the public by the Yuktobanian AGB, a team of investigators have recently managed to piece together a possible history of this mysterious man.

Early Life

Very little is known of Molotov's early life, as he doesn't even a birth certificate on-file (although it's commonplace for intelligence agencies to alter or outright remove personal information on an agent or an intelligence source for the sake of the person's protection), but it is believed that he was born in a small rural village near Okchabursk in June of 1920, the son of a factory worker at the nearby Central Okchabursk OKB (his father) and a watchmaker (his mother), the youngest of three sons and two daughters.  When he wasn't working with his mother, learning how to make watches, Molotov spent his time reading, as there wasn't a school close enough to attend at the time, the small local library having to suffice.  It is believed that he was enthralled with various subjects, from physics to engineering to psychology, and he had a pronounced interest in the literary works of Leonid Tolstoy.  The future was bright for the young Molotov, but other factors intervened, namely his score on a state-mandated aptitude test, which had him placed into the Yuktobanian Air Force.

Air Force Service

Molotov graduated from flight school and was assigned to the 52nd Reconnaisance Wing as an observer in 1939; he would have become a pilot, but alas this was deemed to be a bad idea as he supposedly had a crippling case of acrophobia (in layman's terms, he was afraid of heights).  The Osean Continental War changed this, however, when it spilled over to other continents and became a World War, with an invasion by forces from the small Verusian nation of Clavis, with Belkan, Erusian and Shiruban support.

Due to a paranoia-induced purge of the officer corps and the Air Force, there was a pronounced shortage of pilots, and so Molotov was forced into the pilot's seat.  To say that he was a sitting duck in the air wouldn't do him justice, as he was bounced by Belkan fighters within days of being sent to the front; this engagement was hardly dignified, but it seemed to cure his fear of heights, and it was after this that he started to really fly, not only returning to base without a scratch on his plane several times but even going so far as to shoot down three fighters, one being a Belkan Bf-109 and the other two being Clavisian CR.42bis biplanes.  He also knocked out a fair number of tanks, leading to him being transferred to a bomber squadron.

By 1944, he was a Double Ace with 11 Air-to-Air kills and many ground vehicle kills, all behind the controls of the R-10 and the Il-2 Sturmovik.  However, sometime in 1944, he was contacted by Varka, the security agency of the UYR; as it turned out, his father had been arrested for "imperialist inclinations", but they were willing to give him a chance to clear his father's name: a suicide mission, not into one of the enemy nations, but to Yuktobania's ally: Osea.

Molotov and the Atomic Bomb

The mission that Varka assigned to Molotov was an infiltration mission of one of Osea's most secretive projects, known at the time by the codename "Project Apito".  Varka was aware that the project was intended to create some kind of weapon involving research into nuclear physics, in order to produce a bomb of unparalleled destructive power before Belka could do so first.  However, the Politburo were aware of how this development would shift the balance of power, and they considered a world where Osea reigned supreme as a very dangerous world to live in, particularly for those who professed Communism.  The mission Molotov was assigned was intended to allow the UYR to establish a balance of power post-war that would hopefully keep Osea in check whilst allowing the UYR to carry out their own agenda.  After a crash course in nuclear physics and linguistics, Molotov was dispatched to the Osean Federation under the guise of Clavisian Phycisist Luigi Calsano, assigned to renowned nuclear theorist Enriche Forse.

Molotov's mission was difficult, and indeed there were several times that he almost blew his cover, but nevertheless he had to find a way to get the information he needed.  Eventually, he resorted to a tactic that Varka had advised him on before the mission: a so-called "Honey Trap", or the act of seduction to extract information for blackmail, which could be used to either recruit a spy or to extract other information.  In this case, Molotov seduced Doctor Forse with a copius amount of spiked alcohol, and blackmailed him into handing over information on the Atomic Bomb (at the time, homosexuality was not only gravely frowned-upon, but it was also illegal and a sure-fire way to ruin somebody's reputation, making it a popular method of blackmail).  Following this, Molotov set up a husband and wife couple that worked on the project to be exposed as spies, and take the fall for his actions whilst he returned to Yuktobania.  In 1949, two years after the end of the war and Osea's nuclear tests, Yuktobania tested their first nuclear bomb near the Glubina province, but this wasn't enough.  Tensions escalated until 1956, when both nations tested hydrogen bombs, beginning the Cold War, and the so-called "Golden Age of Espionage", as Molotov himself would put it in his supposed memoirs.

Quadruple Agent

Molotov became a full-time Varka operative upon his return to Yuktobania in 1948, and the following year became integral to the reformation of Varka into the AGB.  He quickly became one of its most effective HUMINT operatives, mostly for, as his former superiors and co-operatives noted, his "level-headedness under pressure and his ability to tell you something that's total bulls*** and still make you believe it...he was just that good."  Over the years he infiltrated Osea again several times, under many different aliases, but not all of this was exactly to the AGB's benefit.  He was also an operative of Osea's CIA, Belka's RSD and several other intelligence organizations around the globe, feeding all of them information, both true and false, to suit his own agenda.  He noted in his memoirs that what he sought was "...a World without war, with the walls between nations being broken down so that they no longer have substance."

Of course, he did perform roles he was supposed to when it came to preventing his own plans of a unified world from being threatened or exposed, such as the 1963 Cresence Islands Missile Crisis, an incident during which Yuktobania landed troops on the Cresence Islands, then neutral territory disputed by Osea and Belka.  During this incident, Yuktobania landed IRBMs to counter the Osean XB-70 force stationed at Sand Isand Airbase, to which both Osea and Belka responded with hostility (the latter mobilized nuclear-armed bombers and were about to attack the Yuke fleet off of the Cresence Islands when the agreement to remove the missiles was anounced).  Molotov was a key figure in negotiating peace and preventing all-out nuclear war, since the AGB, CIA and RSD all believed he was a triple agent working for them, allowing him to manipulate all three parties involved into a settlment that de-escalated the crisis and saved millions, if not billions, of lives.

About a decade passed before a seemingly-insignificant event occured whilst Molotov was in Belka, infiltrating 'Project Pendragon' on orders from the AGB and CIA (unbeknownst to each other of the other's involvement).  Molotov was able to gain a small following within Project Pendragon for his extreme unilateralist ideals, including a younger scientist named Anton Kupchenko, the head of the project as a whole.  It was then that Molotov realized that his dream of a unified world could be carried out at long last, and so over the next couple of decades, he molded the younger man into the revolutionary leader he needed to carry out his plan.  It was at this point that "A World With No Boundries" began.

"No Boundaries"

In the 1980s, Molotov's organization had grown significantly, in the form of various proxy organizations ranging from PMCs to crime cells, and so he began to engineer events that would set the stage for A World With No Boundries to make their move.  He started by assassinating the leader of a minor political party known as the Belkan Nationalist and Worker's Party with the Belkan Bundestag, allowing a firebrand named Waldimarr Rald to take control of it.  Next, his followers instigated a period of expansion, leading to the Rectan War in the mid 80s.  With Belka's victory, he was able to use their complacency to make off with a submarine loaded with experimental burst warheads - unfortunately, word got out of this, leading to the Silber Squadron being scrambled to intercept it.  The result was a disaster for the Belkan Air Force, with one of Silber's top aces, Josef Felsen (and a former member of Molotov's organization), being killed in action.  With Silber effectively out of the way his "puppet", Waldimarr Rald, took control after the devastating Federal Law Review in Belka, soon followed by an invasion of the newly-independent Ustio, beginning the Belkan War.

Months later, with all sides weary of conflict, Molotov ordered Kupchenko to make his move.  Despite promising results and near success with the launch of a V-2 MIRV ICBM, the uprising was all but crushed.  To make matters worse, Molotov's involvement was exposed to intelligence agencies around the world, forcing him to flee.  A World With No Boundries may have been defeated, but they were far from dead.

In 1998, he tried to instigate another uprising, this time on the Usean continent, but this failed as well.  After this, he officially disappeared, but according to recently declassified files from ISAF intelligence, Molotov in fact met his end on September 21st, 2004, when a C-130 he was aboard was shot down by Erusia's 156th Tactical Fighter WIng, 1st Fighter Squadron, TAC Name "Yellow".  Ironically, the man who shot him down was Erik Felsen, TAC Name "Yellow 1", the son of Josef Felsen, whom Molotov himself had killed during the Cresence Islands Incident.

Legacy

While A World With No Boundries has long since ceased to exist officially, there were still those who professed Molotov's beliefs.  One of these men was Lorenz Reidl, who ended up being one of those responsible for the creation of Ouroboros, the spiritual successor to A World With No Boundries, sometime between 2016 and 2018.
