Cyfer was a mercenary pilot who flew for the Republic of Udontno during the legendary Great Baka War. He is the weakest pilot of his time, famous among enemy & ally alike as the "Fairy Lord of the Magic Roundabout" for his inefficency to attack no one. Despite this, he somehow became the top ace of either side of the war, though it's speculated that his victories were from the fact that enemy pilots laughed so hard at the sight of his plane that they lost control of their aircraft and crashed, sometimes crashing into EACH OTHER!!!
