Second. Lt. Jose "Rocko" Vasquez is a supporting character in Ace Combat: At Skies End. He is the 3rd pilot of the 144th ISAF Tactical Fighter Squadron, aka "Sheperd Flight". A native of the Kingdom of Sapin, Vasquez served in the Belkan War fighting against the Belkan Air Force. In 1999, he left the country for Usea when he discovered that the Kindgom was responsible for funding "A World With No Boundaries". When Eursea began their offensive in 2003, he flew as an ISAF pilot, but was shot down at Comberth Harbor when the ISAF launched a surprise attack on the invincible Aegir Fleet. He was captured, but escape and assisted the resistance in driving the Erusians back.
