The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-28 was a fighter built from captured Osean F-5E airframes. The task of this project was combat simulations with Yuktobanian planes, such the MiG-21, to develop tatics against Oseans counterparts.
History
In the 80s, Osea and Yuktobania were at the height of the Cold War. The two countries were in a armament dispute, been ready for a possible conflict.
