In 2003, Wellow and Yuktobania governments signed military cooperation agreements. Other than confirming the purchase of armaments by Wellow, was also established a joint project between the two countries. This project was a Flanker variant, exclusively designed to attend the needs of Wellow. The new plane would be loaded on the aircraft carrier and would have two seats. With two AESA radars (one in nose and other in tail), this fighter would have the ability to shoot missiles from backyards. The Sukhoi Su-37UBK Naval Terminator is a licensed Welloyan-made variant of the iconic Su-27 Flanker. It is the most powerful fighter in the Welloyan Naval Forces/Marines arsenal.
